This isn’t exactly a recipe…it’s kind of a “throw together” that worked out, so I’m gonna share the basics for you to make them at home!
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Get yourself a few potatoes (I used 3 for my family of four) and scrub ‘em good. You can peel them if you’d like, or not. Slice them into wedges.
Remember the cracker/bread crumbs I told you about? Here’s a reminder:
Pour 1/2 – 1 cup of those crumbs into a bowl, and season how you like. I like salt and pepper, or garlic pepper, but really, do what you like. Dip those potato wedges into the crumbs, and coat them well. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and spread the potato wedges evenly onto it. Bake for 20 minutes or so, until done.
You can serve with a dollop of sour cream seasoned with fresh garlic and dill.
